Quality Guarantee We stand behind every leash we make. If your Luna's Adventure Lead fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship — no matter how long you've had it or how hard it's been used — we'll replace it or give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Change of Mind Returns Not the right fit? No problem. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for items in unused, resalable, like new condition with original packaging. Re-sellable is defined as. Being free from damage or signs of wear, including pet hair, or stains. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
