Lifetime Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and durability of every leash we make. If your leash ever fails due to defects in hardware or craftsmanship, or if your dog simply wears it out through normal use, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty is intended to cover real-world use, but it does not apply to intentional damage, misuse, or abuse of the product. Our warranty does not extend to destruction of the leash from chewing. 

To make a warranty claim. Simply email LunasAdventureLeads@gmail.com, upload any pictures and explain how the leash has failed. Normal wear—including scratches, scuffs, and minor dings to the brass hardware—does not affect the safety or performance of the leash and is not covered under warranty. Our leashes are built to be used, not kept in a display case, and signs of wear are a natural part of using them as intended. All replacements are issued at our discretion following examination of the returned item if needed. Lunas Adventure leads will cover return shipping of the damaged leash (if needed) as well as all costs associated with making and sending a replacement leash. Your lifetime warranty will extended to your new leash as well.
